By submitting a safari booking request through the Trip to Ranthambore website for Ranthambore National Park, guests agree to provide accurate personal information and valid identification details required for safari permit processing.

All safari permits are issued only through the official Forest Department booking system.
Trip to Ranthambore acts solely as a booking facilitator to assist customers in processing safari booking requests.

3. Booking Acknowledgement
After submitting the booking form, guests may receive an automatic email confirming that the booking request has been received by our system.
This email does not confirm the safari booking.
4. Final Booking Confirmation
Safari booking is considered confirmed only after the official safari permit is successfully generated by the Forest Department system.
Once the permit is issued, Trip to Ranthambore will send the final safari permit in PDF format to the customer’s registered email address, which will serve as the official confirmation of the booking.
5. Zone Preference Policy
Guests may select their preferred safari zone (1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6) during booking.
However, zone selection is only a preference and not guaranteed.
If the selected zone is unavailable on the government portal, the booking may be processed in any available zone including Zones 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 depending on permit availability.
The final zone mentioned on the government-issued permit will be considered final and binding.
6. Availability Policy
Safari bookings are strictly subject to permit availability on the government portal.
If permits are unavailable at the time of booking, the request may be processed under waiting or request status.
7. Current Booking Processing
If advance booking permits are not available, the safari booking may be attempted under Current Booking Quota:

If safari permits cannot be secured through advance booking or current booking quota, the booking will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded as per the refund policy.

Guests must provide valid identification details at the time of booking.

10. Safari Timings
Safari timings are regulated by the Forest Department and may vary according to season.
Approximate safari timings:
Morning Safari – 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Evening Safari – 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM
Final timings are subject to official park schedule.
11. Reporting Time
Guests must report at the designated safari reporting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled safari time.
12. No-Show Policy
Failure to report on time will be considered a no-show, and the safari permit will be treated as used without refund.
13. Cancellation Policy
Once the safari permit is generated through the government portal:

By making a payment on our website, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Trip to Ranthambore for resolution.
Fraudulent disputes may lead to legal recovery of associated costs.
Acceptance of Terms
