The ID proof details (number/type, etc.) provided during booking must be complete and accurate, matching the original ID proof, as it is mandatory to reproduce the same ID proof at the counter for the collection of the boarding pass. Bookings made with incomplete or incorrect ID proof details will be treated as invalid.

-
Amendment and Cancellation Fees:
Any amendments to the safari program after guests’ arrival must be made in writing; otherwise, revised requirements cannot be guaranteed. Full advance payment is required for vehicle hire charges, vehicle park entry fees, visitor entry fees, and naturalist charges. Vehicles are released by the Forest Department only upon receipt of full advance payment, and all advance bookings are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
-
Where Ranthambore safari bookings have been confirmed in writing, a cancellation/amendment fee equal to 100% of visitor entry fees, vehicle entry fees, vehicle hire charges, and naturalist fees will be charged for any cancellation or amendment to the safari program. If bookings have not been confirmed in writing, no cancellation/amendment fee will be charged for changes to the safari program.
-
Late Arrival and Alternative Excursions:

If visitors refuse to go on safari, the same cancellation fee applies. Choosing an alternative excursion (e.g., a fort drive instead of a safari) will also incur the same cancellation fees, along with the cost of the alternative excursion. If some members of a group refuse to go on safari, fees will apply for the entire group based on the total number of visitor entry fees, vehicle entry fees, and naturalist fees.
-
Safari by Jeep and Park Closure:
