Terms and Conditions for Palighat Chambal Safari

    1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings of Palighat Chambal Safari are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Please ensure all details provided are accurate and complete.

    2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Once confirmed, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Tickets are also non-transferable under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated by our policies.

    3. Full Refund Policy: If the safari service cannot be provided after payment due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. No additional compensation will be offered beyond the refund amount.

    4. Private Boat Safari: To book a private boat safari, guests must pay for 5 seats plus an additional INR 1,600. If the group size is 5 or more, only the additional INR 1,600 is applicable. This amount is payable after booking confirmation.

    5. Hotel Pickup and Drop Service: We offer hotel pickup and drop services for an additional charge of INR 5,000. This service must be requested at the time of booking.

    6. Foreign Nationals: If there are any foreign nationals in your group, their passport and identification details are required at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply as per the Forest Department’s policies. It is the responsibility of the group organizer to provide accurate information and ensure compliance with all regulations.

    7. Forest Department Authority: The Forest Department reserves the right to cancel or modify safari schedules at any time without prior notice. In such cases, a full refund will be processed, but no further compensation will be provided.

    8. Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses during the safari. Customers participate at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided by the safari staff.

    9. Weather and Wildlife Activity: Safari schedules and operations may be affected by weather conditions or wildlife activities, leading to delays or cancellations. Refunds will be offered only if the safari is entirely canceled; no compensation is provided for delays or partial cancellations.

    10. Customer Responsibilities: All customers are required to carry valid identification documents during the safari. Foreign nationals must carry their passports. Failure to comply may result in denied access without a refund.

    11. Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with the booking, customers acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions mentioned above.
