Important Points

Safari Zone Allocation: If a particular zone is promised before payment, but is unavailable at the time of booking, we reserve the right to allocate your safari to a different zone.
Waiting List Booking Confirmation:
- Confirmation for bookings on the waiting list will be provided one day in advance for morning safaris, and on the same day for evening safaris.
Non-Refundable Safari Payments:
- Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari payments are non-refundable.
- Gypsy Safari / Canter Safari charges for “current bookings” will only be refunded if the booking is not confirmed.
Liabilities and Limitations:
After the tour/service cost is finalized, any increases in safari permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges will be charged as extra.

Important Information for Ranthambore National Park’s Current/Tatkal Reservations

Advance Requests: Send your reservation request at least one day in advance.
Confirmation is Not Guaranteed: There is no guarantee that the current booking will be confirmed in full.
Safari Zones: You may choose from any of the 1 to 10 safari zones within the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
Zone Availability: Although we do our best to accommodate specific zone requests, a reservation for a particular zone is not guaranteed.

Reminders for Ranthambore Safari Booking

Safari reservations require full payment in advance.
Every visitor must present identification.
There is no cancellation or refund on confirmed reservations.
A reservation cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.
The ID card used for the online reservation must be carried during the safari.
Safari bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance.
Foreign visitors must provide passport information for bookings.
Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability).
The park may close without prior notice to visitors.
In case of fee changes after booking, the difference must be paid at the time of entry.
Visitors should arrive at the boarding location at least 15 minutes before the safari departure time.
Reservations made for the next day are considered “current bookings,” and all terms and conditions for current reservations apply.

Important Note

All reservations are provisional and subject to modification or cancellation by the Field Director of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, with or without reason. This includes reservations for both admission into and stays within the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. By making a reservation, you accept all terms and conditions stated above. Under no circumstances will a safari be cancelled or refunded, nor will any request for a refund or rescheduled safari be considered.
